I fell in love with him as an actor whilst watching Criminal Intent (of course!) He is so darn handsome and so very talented.

Glad to see him back! The show is now worth watching again. Can "The Cell 2" be far behind? ;-)
Herman, when I read your comment, I thought "What is The Cell 2?" and thought it might be a TV show but then looked up the only "The Cell" production that I know about, which was that movie with Jennifer Lopez (that is didn't see, by the way) and when I did that, I found "The Cell 2" and it looks to be a straight-to-video sequel to the Jennifer Lopez one.
The thing is, it also looks like "The Cell 2" has different actors in it. There's no J-lo or D'Onofrio.
